book are independent educational resources. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or
connected to Medicare, CMS, HHS, SSA, HealthCare.gov, the Marketplace, or any government agency.
General information only; Medicare rules and guidance can change.
1. Independent educational resource
This website and the book Medicare: I Get It Now! are independently published
educational resources created by Robert Bonner. The book is published by People Will Read
Again Book Publishing Company.
2. No government affiliation, endorsement, or approval
This website, book, resource library, seminars, speaking services, forms, and
assistance-request pathway are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by,
or connected to:
- Medicare;
- the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS);
- the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS);
- the Social Security Administration (SSA);
- HealthCare.gov;
- the Health Insurance Marketplace; or
- any other federal, state, or local government agency.
The website is not Medicare.gov and must not use government seals, logos, web design, or
language in a way that could mislead a visitor about its identity.
3. General education only
General website content, articles, downloadable resources, book information, and educational
events are provided for general educational purposes. They are not legal, tax, medical,
financial, accounting, investment, or personal plan-selection advice.
General content does not identify a “best” plan, promise savings or benefits, determine
eligibility, or replace official guidance or advice from an appropriately qualified
professional.
4. Medicare information can change
Medicare laws, regulations, costs, dates, programs, plan availability, formularies, provider
networks, and agency guidance may change. Visitors should verify current information through
official sources before making decisions.
5. Separate voluntary individualized-assistance pathway
A visitor who wants individualized Medicare insurance assistance must voluntarily use the
separate assistance-request page or a later approved PlanEnroll, FMO, carrier, or
appointment pathway. Educational subscriptions, resource downloads, seminar registrations,
speaking inquiries, and general contact messages are not treated as requests for
individualized insurance assistance.
The initial assistance form asks only for basic contact and routing information and explicit
consent to be contacted.
6. Georgia-only availability at launch
The initial individualized-assistance request pathway is limited to Georgia. National
visitors may use the educational book, Learning Center, resources, and seminars, but the
Georgia assistance form should validate the state as GA and should not
accept another state unless Robert’s approved licensing and compliance configuration
changes.
7. Do not submit sensitive information through public forms
Social Security numbers, detailed health or diagnosis information, banking information,
credit-card information, account passwords, or copies of identity documents.
Any later process that requires protected or sensitive information must use the separate
secure system approved by the applicable carrier, FMO, vendor, and compliance reviewer.
8. No guaranteed outcomes
The website, book, resources, seminars, forms, and assistance-request pathway do not
guarantee eligibility, savings, benefits, enrollment, approval, coverage, provider access,
drug coverage, costs, or a particular plan result.
9. Third-party marketing organization disclosure control
If the production website or agent activity meets the definition and conditions requiring the
standardized third-party marketing organization (TPMO) disclaimer, the applicable disclaimer
must be prominently displayed and populated with the current number of represented
organizations and products. Those counts have not been supplied and must not be invented.
“We do not offer every plan available
in your area. Currently we represent [number of organizations] organizations which offer
[number of plans] products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to
get information on all of your options.”
The WordPress companion plugin includes an owner setting that keeps this text inactive until
the applicability decision and counts are approved.
10. Plan-specific appointments and enrollment activities
The educational site does not activate a plan-specific sales or enrollment workflow by
itself. Any future plan-specific appointment or enrollment activity must use the applicable
approved carrier/FMO process, required materials, recordkeeping, call-recording rules, and
Scope of Appointment timing.
11. Official and third-party resources
Links to government websites, retailers, calendar systems, appointment systems, social-media
services, and other third parties are provided for convenience. A link does not imply
endorsement and does not mean this website controls the third party’s accuracy,
availability, privacy, security, products, or services.
For official Medicare information, visit Medicare.gov or call 1-800-MEDICARE. Social Security
enrollment and benefit questions may require SSA.gov or the Social Security Administration.
12. Questions about this disclaimer
Questions may be submitted through the Contact page until the final
compliance contact email and business information are entered.
FMO, applicable carrier-compliance department, and/or attorney should review the final page, the
TPMO applicability decision, organization and product counts, contact information, and every
page that includes plan-specific marketing, contact, appointment, or enrollment activity.
